Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By using Betwise you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18+ to use Betwise. Betwise is a social platform for sharing betting predictions; it is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers.

3. Your content. You own your posts, comments and messages. You grant Betwise a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform.

4. Acceptable use. No fraud, no impersonation, no match-fixing tips, no harassment, no spam. Admins may remove content or accounts at any time.

5. Verification. Blue and Gold badges are granted by admin after payment. Refunds are not provided after a badge is issued.

6. No financial advice. Predictions on Betwise are user opinions, not professional advice. You alone are responsible for your bets.

7. Termination. We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability. Betwise is provided "as is" with no warranty. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
